TennisOnDvd tries to maintain the highest quality in our products but from time to time some problems may occur.  TennisOnDvd will accept returns for the follow reasons

On some products we may use DVD-R standard disks.  Some commercial DVD players may have trouble playing this standard of DVD.  Before you return a disk we ask that you do a little testing to verify the problem is with the disk. 

If the disk will not play on multiple dvd players cleanly or the disk has been damaged in shipment you may return the disk for an exchange of the same product.

TennisOnDvd will take back items that are defective within a 30 day time period.
